O1T Music Announces The Release of Exposure’s Anticipated Single “If”

O1TBaltimore, MD – O1T Music is thrilled to announce the release of Exposure’s debut single “IF” now available on youtube https://youtu.be/L3WIhhQ2VUc and http://www.O1TMusic.com.

Exposure is an innovative, sultry, genre-breaking new group with a sound that is comparable to great groups like Floetry and T.L.C. Their debut single features production from IcMakezBangerz (K. Camp/ Juicy J/ Fat Trel). Prior to the release of “If”, Theory and LaNaya “NewNew Babii” were both solo artists that gained independent success with singles “What You Like” featuring Flight Boy, “Secret Places” and “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.” These first visuals pushed upwards of 20,000 views.

To say that they are talented doesn’t quite feel strong enough as Theory is a singer, rapper, songwriter, engineer, producer, actress, and LaNaya is a singer, song writer, actress, model and social media guru.

In the summer of 2013 Theory and NewNew met while Theory was working on a movie in the Baltimore area. The duo created two songs that were featured on the soundtrack. Theory convinced NewNew to move to Baltimore and pursue music full time. Theory was initially NewNew’s songwriter and producer pushing her hard in the studio. During this period, a chance meeting between mutual friends led Theory to meet Juan Donovan Bell, part of the duo behind Darkroom Productions. Having produced for Grammy winners such as R. Kelly & KD Lang, and composing for hit shows such as HBO’s “The Wire” & MTV’s “Rob & Big” Darkroom had already built a fan base around the world and had an ear for talent. They loved Exposure’s look, sound, and ambition. Exposure soon began meeting connected personalities throughout the Baltimore/ DC/ Philadelphia area.

“Their aura, energy, and persona, all scream ‘Superstar’. Exposure’s style is a lot of things, but in-a-box isn’t one of them. There is no floor to their ability and surely no ceiling to their talent,” said Bell. When asked what they want to accomplish with their music, they don’t hesitate to say “I want to be an icon.” Exposure is just what the entertainment world needs, and barely old enough to gain entry into the venues they perform in, they are just getting started.

See them on tour this summer at Shagg Fest, Sweet Heat Miami, Kent State University, Maryland Crab Fest and more! Full tour schedule will be available at www.O1TMusic.com
