HCM. Where are you from?
Mojo. I’m from Laurel, Mississippi.
HCM. How did you come by your stage name?
Mojo. It was just a name I got when I was a young boy for always being fresh. And it just stuck with me.
HCM. When did you start making music and taking it serious?
Mojo. Didn’t really start till after high school and started taking it serious when I figured my basketball career wasn’t gonna work out.
HCM. How do you feel about the present state of the music industry?
Mojo. I mean it’s cool. It has its own lane and image… But that goes for everything nowadays though. It changes over time.
HCM. Who influenced you to become an artist? And why?
Mojo. I mean just hanging around my boys after school, they were really into music more then I was, so I guess I picked up things as it went.
HCM. Do you feel that you are an artist/band or entertainer? Explain.
Mojo. I feel I’m more of an entertainer.
HCM. What are you currently working on and how can the people find you?
