Born and raised in Shereveport,Louisiana, Ratchet Life was inspired by his uncle, Mr. Mandigo and listening his uncle’s group Lava House.
The main artist that influenced Ratchet Life in the game now has to be Nas.
“Through all the fame & fortune he maintained his humbleness & stayed true to self”, says Ratchet Life.
His culture, voice and drive makes him different from all other artist in his area, and no matter how hard it gets, he’s motivated by the struggle. That’s what keeps him going.
As far as his future, he plans to own his own tattoo parlor stating,
“Even though I’m not an artist I just love the art.”
