Louisville Rappper Philly Blocks Presents Latest Single “Average”

Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, Philly Blocks or “PhillyBlocks563” is an up & coming rap artist who has continued to put on for his hometown since the start of his career. Also known as “Mr. What the Game’s Been Missing,” Philly Blocks has been dubbed as the “Crowned Prince of the Ville,” while going strong with his movement, supported by the hood anthem “Days of our Lives.”

Philly takes his listeners down memory lane with his latest installment “Average.” The single is a tribute to those who have supported his movement as well as a message to those who have showed doubt.
