HCM. On your upcoming mixtape… How did you come up with the concept for this project?
Young TeTe. “My debut mixtape, Came a Long Way, which features my single “Clap It (Remix)” with Boosie BadAzz, is about just that, coming a long way. It’s about my journey to get here.”

HCM. What are some of your greatest challenges as an artist, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
Young TeTe. “One of my greatest challenges is not giving up, knowing that it’s a process and it can’t happen overnight. To strive to keep working hard.”

HCM. What impression would you like listeners to be left with after hearing your music?
Young TeTe. “My shit raw. It’s mostly just my personality. If you like it, you like it. If you don’t, you don’t. Sit in the back with the rest of the sleepers.”

HCM. What are your plans for the near future?
Young TeTe. “To blow up and have my music played across the world, and be rich as fuck so my mom won’t have to work again.”
