DJ Sgt Rock is the Official DJ for the Underground Movement in the Dirty South

D. J. Sgt Rock shared the birth Eastside-2nd Ward music workshop in Biloxi, MS. In a recent interview with Hood Critic Magazine, DJ Sgt Rock explained, “I’m a product of Bayou Auguste, Bay View, West End, & East End Projects…I am The 2nd Ward”. He began to explained, “the Pros and Cons” to either sides of the music industry saying that artist today must have their business together. “Everybody wants to be an independent, but doesn’t want to do no work…everybody wants to be signed to a major label, but complains when no work is being done”.

Right now, he’s about handling his business, so whoever gives him an opportunity, “better know what their doing”, explained DJ Sgt Rock. He is currently working on a several mix tape projects to be soon available, along with his long awaited album, which is said to feature tracks from Lil’ Tracy’s “Mixtape Music”, Champ’s new releases and a host of new projects with Weigh Money Music Group.
