HCM Interviews Newcomer ForeverbbyFlex

HCM. How did you come by your stage name?
Flex. I’ve always gone by the name Flex but I changed my name when I realized my success is fire.

HCM. When did you discover your love for music and what made you realize you wanted to pursue a career in music?
Flex. When I was a kid I grew up listening to people like Kanye West all the way to rock artists and EDM artists, I used to think if they can make an impact with music then I can too.

HCM. On your current album… How did you come up with the concept for this project?
Flex. Divine Interventions was really just expressing my thoughts and feelings through sounds, just trying to express the energy I’ve been feeling in the world.

HCM. What are your plans for the near future?
Flex. I’m gonna be in LA in October, and I’ll probably be mid-process of working on my R&B album that I have dropping late this year.

HCM. Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?
Flex. Yeah, shout-outs to my people in the 260, all my producers and friends who been pushing me to go harder. Shout-out John Gabbana too he’s showing love.
