Brief Interview With Up and Coming Artist Nuff

HCM. How did you come by your stage name?
Nuff. I was looking for a name that was more snappy/catchy and shorter than my old one, and it was just one of the first things that came to my mind.

HCM. When did you discover your love for music and what made you realize you wanted to pursuit a career in music?
Nuff. Music has always been a huge part on my life. I’ve been sparking interest in music since very early on, already taking guitar lessons when I was 7 for example. Creating music has always been a huge dream of mine, but I never really got to the point of being confident enough in myself to post anything until I started trying some things out in early 2021 during one of our COVID-19 lockdowns in Germany with a bit too much spare time on my hands. All that developed into me starting my musical career in June 2021.

HCM. What impression would you like listeners to be left with after hearing your music?
Nuff. Honestly, I try to write music that is somewhat relatable to many and try to create something for people to vibe to. I tend to write rather sad lyrics over happy/energetic beats, which is me trying to downplay and cover the negativity of things that a lot of us think about and struggle with.

HCM. What are your plans for the near future?
Nuff. I am planning on staying up with the consistency I have at the moment, dropping at least one song each month. I’m also working on my first album which I want to finish towards the end of this year.

HCM. Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?
Nuff. No…
