Shanaya is taking the music world by storm with her newly released single, “Fight for Who Stays”, which just became shortlisted by one of the biggest Music Supervisors in the U.S for placement in film soundtracks. A gifted singer and songwriter, her sound is earning the attention of music industry professionals like Miss Diddy (the only woman promoter in Hollywood. She has managed to work with the likes of Russell Simmons – founder of the hip-hop music label Def Jam – Eva Marcille, Brandy and Floyd Mayweather, just to name a few. She also created the clothing lines Phat Farm, Argyleculture, and American Classics). Miss Diddy states that she is “In love with Shanaya’s voice” and that she loves her track, referring to Shanaya’s to be released single titled “Of Destruction”.

Already an accomplished International award winning author of four books – with her fifth book (a sci-fi/fantasy novel) in early stages of final editing – she also received an early nomination (judged by a panel of 126) for “Books to Film” from the 16th Annual International Latino Book Awards in Las Vegas, June 28th, 2014; the largest awards in the USA celebrating achievements in Latino literature.
