Moos Interview

HCM. How did you come by your stage name?
Moos. Well I used to eat a lot of bananas back in the days, and my mother used to call me Moos, which means “banana” in Somali…. Till today, I regret my name but yeah who cares, we still living lavish.

HCM. When did you discover your love for music and what made you realize you wanted to pursuit a career in music?
Moos. I played drums, and a lot of little things when I was young, and music has been there always like I never woke up a day without blasting my room with weird sounds out of my laptop.

HCM. On your current/upcoming album… How did you come up with the concept for this project?
Moos. I have my first EP that’s coming out on August 17th, “LIFE SCENTS”. After that, I got a lot of projects coming up, but I wont spoil shit till then xxx

HCM. What are some of your greatest challenges as an artist, and what is your greatest attribute when it comes to your work ethic?
Moos. Well one of my biggest challenge is staying away from hoes and drugs I guess…. Let me explain, I cant even go to the studio now days without bringing up my side chick and a lot of weed with me. Like, I’m addicted to those things 😦

And my greatest attribute would be, being self confident! If I can do that, you can do that too, it’s simple. Just vibe with me.

HCM. Is there anyone you’d like to thank, any shout outs?
Moos. Yesss of course with out them I wont be standing here. First of all, S/O to my moms, she the realest! My nigges Moses from the UK, Dennis from Iceland, my bro 8500K, my fav NFL player of all time Emmanuel Akaba. Love for those nigges for real.
